Robson Street, one of Vancouver's premier shopping and dining destinations, has always been a hub for commerce and social gatherings. As the city grows and the need to increase housing supply, the CIVITAS team conducted a study to identify potential development opportunities along Robson Street, between Burrard and Denman Streets. Our goal was to understand the potential number of new homes could be added to this vibrant street while enhancing its 24/7 activation, in alignment with the West End Community Plan.

The analysis estimated a potential of 2,030 homes with 562,000 square feet of commercial space including retail on the ground floor complemented by office spaces above, ensuring a balanced mix uses that support both day and night-time activities.
