The project is located on former industrial lands and has become a highly marketable residential address that also allowed the city to re-connect with its waterfront at the popular Harbour Green Park and Coal Harbour Marina.
The high-density built form and residential streetscapes were an urban design precedent for the City of Vancouver, creating ground-oriented townhouse units at the base of elegant towers providing for a unique and popular form of housing, and also safe, vibrant streets. Local amenities include a community centre, parks, and local grocery, pub, and waterfront restaurant.
